I was a yo-yo dieter for 15 years.
Then I woke up.
I had spent a countless amount of time considering why I kept failing at dieting. One day it just all came together…it made sense.
I promptly lost 80 lbs – happily.
Make no mistake about it – successful dieting can be very easy AND exciting. You just have to stop thinking of diet as being the dealbreaker, and instead focus on how you view the entire process of dieting (and exercise)
